Melody Visagie was an absolute gem. From the beginning when we enquired regarding quotations she has displayed such professionalism yet she manages to combines it with a personalized way that make you feel at ease, excited and comfortable... knowing we were going to be in good capable hands we decided that we can't do this without her. Melody made every request seem effortless, always replying with kindness and excitement that added to our excitement. The choices that she advised us on from , flights, hotels, transfers and excursions were literally the best (it was like she knew what we wanted this holiday to be exactly). No question or query was too much effort and she continued to guide us throughout the trip. The wonderful app with interactive itinerary added to the excitement, all the extra information photos and reviews made the trip feel familiar before it even commenced. The excellent personalized service didn't stop even after we boarded the flight. She was always available with any question or assistance with certain changes or general scheduling guidelines (regarding training schedules, flight changes, seating requests etc). We cannot thank Mel enough for having such a huge part in this being the most memorable, stress-free holiday we have ever experienced. Just having peace in knowing she is on top of everything and alerts us regarding any changes or scheduling was such a peace of mind. We have already mentioned to all our friends planning a holiday that in order to do it stress free ... they should leave it in the capable hands of Melody Visagie. With all her years of experience, using her as a travel councilor is a non negotiable for us now.
