Our holiday was a year in the organising and during the whole time you were both always available, and your responses to our many questions were attended to and handled smoothly and professionally. In particular, we commend you and your overseas partners for the extremely meticulously organised transport arrangements between the various airports, stations etc. The quality of the transport and the standard of the personel were of the highest level and could not be faulted. The hotels selected were also extremely comfortable and of a high standard. We further thank you both for your availability and support during our trip considering the time difference. We can only commend you and your team for making this holiday one to remember and would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and family.
