I recently travelled to Paris from Cape Town. As a disabled person, travel is usually a difficult, frustrating experience - even humiliating at times, when you're treated more as baggage than a person. Margot made this experience easy and smooth; she checked me in, made sure that I had transport to and from the airport and then followed this up, even in the early hours of the morning, making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. It felt like she was actually there with me and I found this not only reassuring, but also very comforting. This is more than I would ever expect and certainly more than I have ever experienced before. She turned what might well have been another painful and upsetting experience into one of joy. I cannot thank her enough and certainly will never travel without her again.

Everything from Fuzzy in Cape Town to Siviti has exceeded our every expectation. As you know the Siviti is simply tremendous. The rooms are luxurious, every meal is done perfectly, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and attentive. When it came to the game drives, we were blown away. We saw the Big 5 on every full day we were there and saw them all several times on a single game drive. The guides, Henrico and Nic, were great at finding and then putting us right on top of the animals and Henrico did a great job of educating us throughout. We leave Africa smarter and with memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. You designed a perfect experience for us - thank you.
