This last time, when I called Jelena, I had two female friends with me who have never been to Africa as well as my one friend’s 80 year old father. I told Jelena what these ladies were looking for- which I personally thought was unreasonable as they wanted to see everything I n Africa in one place. Jelena hit a home run. We ended up seeing six of the dangerous seven in four days. We just ran out of time for the seventh animal. Jelena even arranged for my friends to pet the elephants. Those four days were packed with first rate experiences (like seeing Vic Falls, river cruise safari, rhino tracking and I could keep going on). This was also based at a five star resort. Everyone could not have been happier. Again, Jelena simply hit it out of the park. She is now my go to person for all travel. I have now recommended her to friends and eagerly recommend her to you To Jelena: thank you so much for making this so special for me and especially for making it a great memory for those closest to me. In celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary we asked Carla Rebello of Travel Counsellors to propose an itenerary that included a ROVOS RAIL journey to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, a couple of nights at the Victoria Falls Hotel and a return flight to Johannesburg O.R.Tambo International Airport. Carla proactively anticipated all our requests and presented options and choices where we finally agreed on the budget and scope of services. Communication was clear, payments were properly documented and receipts issued, none of which were required during the trip as at each check-in we were welcomed by name as Carla had in advance, informed all the travel partners of our anniversary. Seamless professional service is so rare today which is probably why most of us tend to make our own travel arrangements. Carla proves the exception. Thank you!
