Palesa was a great help when my wife and I prepared for our short holiday in the Seychelles. It was as if she was holding us by the hand as she regularly kept in touch with us to make sure that we didn't make mistakes re passports, plane tickets, application for our TA, checking in, and transport from and to the airport. Tenacious - dealing with Botswana parks and tourism is not easy, and a few other providers I tried gave up, but Laura stuck to it and got it done !

She is thorough, a little slow in responding but this may be due to trying to find the best quote which takes time waiting for other companies to respond. In general, very polite, very professional and shares the information with us so we know where we stand at all times.

We received the most amazing service from Lizl Pearsall at Travel Counsellors. She ensured our trip would be stress free and her suggestions for alternative stays and activities were spot on.
