Jessica is an extraordinary travel agent who has offered me spectacular service. She cares which I find invaluable in a supplier. But to my astonishment, her service didn't end after she issued my rather convoluted travel tickets/itinerary. I struggled to find an appointment for a visa application at a surprisingly busy consulate. I'm not sure how she found the right person to talk to and on her advice I asked my foreign agent to provide a letter, and within a couple of days, I had an appointment! I would beg others to use her travel services.
