Palesa was a great help when my wife and I prepared for our short holiday in the Seychelles. It was as if she was holding us by the hand as she regularly kept in touch with us to make sure that we didn't make mistakes re passports, plane tickets, application for our TA, checking in, and transport from and to the airport.
