I cannot praise Lizl’s service highly enough, absolutely amazing. She helped us through a very difficult time after my husband broke his back in London on 10th Oct 2025 and I had to change flights and book a business class seat for him to get back to SA. She dealt with our insurance company and gave us updates all the time. You really deserve a 5 star rating. We had a seamless trip . A well-maintained professionally organized trip . We had a booking misunderstanding once in our second leg and had to call Lizl at 2am due to time zone difference, guess what? Lizl promptly responded and called the hotel and everything was sorted swiftly. She even took care of our flights and checking us in from Cpt , Singapore , Malaysia and back home to Cpt .
