Sulene has been super throughout the entire travel process, thinking along and proposing locations to stay (we travelled between 6 different locations during our trip), but also in terms of ensuring final details were taken care of and double checked during the travel (we travelled with 3 kids) to ensure we had a carefree holiday. She's been very attentive and nice throughout, would definitely recommend her.
