Jelena was really super-efficient after I had struggled with almost every travel agency that I had been to see, and in-contact with, in the Bloemfontein area. It took them nearly a week just to email me a quotation, and if I requested any more information or requested changes to be made, it took days before I had a response. Jelena, I called her on a Saturday afternoon, we spoke, and in hardly an hour after that I had a quotation ready. If I was unsure about anything I could email or call and she will respond immediately, it felt really good to work with someone with an excellent work ethic.
