On a visit to Australia in 2021 Natalie was able to get us flights back to SA just before Qantas stopped flying due to Covid. A friend in New Zealand also needed to return before Qantas stopped. She didn't have a travel agent and Qantas wouldn't help her and she was marooned in New Zealand for nine months! Recently Natalie rebooked our flights from Melbourne after I had had to delay my return due to medical reasons. No problem!
