No it’s not one of the super expensive 5 Star lodges but it’s very very close. The room was amazing as was the food and the service. She is never too busy to help and she is certainly never too busy to take your call - something I am very appreciative of. Changes to tickets or accommodation plans do not annoy her as I have found with some other travel agents - this is rare.
