Petro recently assisted us in booking a trip for us to Mauritius. We were a large group of 65 people (34 couples +1), so it was never going to be an easy feat; or so I thought! But Petro made the booking feel and look seamless. She was so patient in explaining everything and waiting for the needed documents. Everything was very well communicated and explained. Her planning was top notch. Every single person in the group speaks in such high regard of Petro and how she managed all the bookings, flights, check ins, travel insurance, paperwork etc. All the little details we wanted to make the trip special was planned and executed to the "T". It is with great pleasure that I and my wife Erika, had the opportunity to fulfil our dream holiday on a cruise to Greece. A friend recommended Petro to us to do our arrangements. Boy! We use Petro for all of our International travels. We have never had any problems. She assisted us with our visa applications. Petro guided us through everything. She sends us WhatsApp messages when we leave, when we are on our trip and when we return back home. She is an absolute star! It gives me great pleasure writing this testimonial after returning from a great adventure and awesome holiday.
It didn't take much for Petro to understand exactly what I was looking for, leaving everything in her more than capable hands (which I didn't realise at the time just how capable). I got updates when I needed and was informed with due notice when something had to be paid or sent through. I must be honest with so little involvement from my side there was a little worrying voice in me when we embarked on our journey, but as soon as we got to the airport I realised that voice was completely unnecessary and it only got better from there. From our great seats on the plane, thanks to her online check ins to the pick up services at the airports and hotels, everything without a hitch.
The hotels she chose were amazing, not to mention the added benefits and complimentary features. Tours and trips organised by her from this side on our journey were perfect, not once did we wait for a taxi to come and pick us up or delay us. Even a phone call at the hotel just to make sure that we are fine and enjoying ourselves, this lady really gives it her all.
Petro will definitely be my first step in planning our next trip or holiday.

What a pleasure it was working with Petro Rossouw!
Petro helped to plan our Honeymoon from A - Z. I must say that in the 11 days spent in Thailand, Everything was 100% organised. We never had to stress about the travel arrangements so we could just relax and enjoy our stay.

The fire at JKIA caused cancellations and then deferments of my flights.
