My family and I had the opportunity to travel to Europe this April, and working with Petro Rossouw from Travel Counsellors Johannesburg was an absolute dream. From the moment we started planning our trip, Petro was attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She took the time to understand our preferences and budget. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she found us the perfect accommodations with great locations and room sizes. Her customer service was exceptional. Petro was always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and offering advice. She was available 24/7, even while we were abroad! As first-time travellers, that peace of mind was priceless. We could call her anytime and Petro was always there to help. This level of support was invaluable and made a huge difference in our travel experience. Thanks to Petro, our trip was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free and unforgettable travel experience.

Petro recently assisted us in booking a trip for us to Mauritius. We were a large group of 65 people (34 couples +1), so it was never going to be an easy feat; or so I thought! But Petro made the booking feel and look seamless. She was so patient in explaining everything and waiting for the needed documents. Everything was very well communicated and explained. Her planning was top notch. Every single person in the group speaks in such high regard of Petro and how she managed all the bookings, flights, check ins, travel insurance, paperwork etc. All the little details we wanted to make the trip special was planned and executed to the "T". She recommended a specific resort for our needs, and she was spot-on. We had to get comparative quotes as standard practice and Petro offered the best value for money, no doubt. Everything so we can just arrive and relax. HIGHLY recommended.

Petro baie dankie vir als, dink wat dit so lekker maak is die gerief dat jy als onderbeheer het en weet wat om saam ons te stuur. Ek was al op n paar goed en moet se jy het dit baie goed gereel. Sal jou regtig aanbeveel by enige iemand wat so iets wil doen.

It is with great pleasure that I and my wife Erika, had the opportunity to fulfil our dream holiday on a cruise to Greece. A friend recommended Petro to us to do our arrangements. Boy! We were treated form our first call until our goodbye (hopefully not the last goodbye) as if we were royalty. When we panicked, Petro was the one that calmed us and reassured us everything will be fine. I will recommend her services any day anytime! Thank you Petro for a care free holiday! You were amazing!

Petro Rossouw has been absolutely amazing during these trying times. She has gone above and beyond to keep us up to date with the situation. She has always been able to give us the best advice. I am truly grateful to Petro for her efficiency and loyalty. We know that we are in good hands, which has eliminated a lot of stress. We will always go to Petro for all future bookings. Thank you Petro for being an incredible travel agent and an incredible person. You have truly been a blessing to us.

We use Petro for all of our International travels. We have never had any problems. She assisted us with our visa applications. Petro guided us through everything. She sends us WhatsApp messages when we leave, when we are on our trip and when we return back home. She is an absolute star! My daughter travelled for the first time on her own to Argentina and I was not worried. Petro guided her through everything. I am so grateful. Petro is passionate about her work. Thanks Petro.

It gives me great pleasure writing this testimonial after returning from a great adventure and awesome holiday. It didn't take much for Petro to understand exactly what I was looking for, leaving everything in her more than capable hands (which I didn't realise at the time just how capable). I got updates when I needed and was informed with due notice when something had to be paid or sent through. I must be honest with so little involvement from my side there was a little worrying voice in me when we embarked on our journey, but as soon as we got to the airport I realised that voice was completely unnecessary and it only got better from there. From our great seats on the plane, thanks to her online check ins to the pick up services at the airports and hotels, everything without a hitch. The hotels she chose were amazing, not to mention the added benefits and complimentary features. Tours and trips organised by her from this side on our journey were perfect, not once did we wait for a taxi to come and pick us up or delay us. Even a phone call at the hotel just to make sure that we are fine and enjoying ourselves, this lady really gives it her all. Petro will definitely be my first step in planning our next trip or holiday.

What a pleasure it was working with Petro Rossouw! Petro helped to plan our Honeymoon from A - Z. I must say that in the 11 days spent in Thailand, Everything was 100% organised. We never had to stress about the travel arrangements so we could just relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you so much for planning our dream honeymoon, thanks to you we have the most amazing memories of Thailand and none of the issues that I keep hearing about from others. We will definitely be in contact to plan our next holiday.

As a frequent traveller I had numerous problems in the past UNTIL a friend introduced me to Petro Rossouw. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. Petro truly goes out of her way to assist me in all my travelling needs ... air tickets, accommodation, car hire, visas etc. I can strongly recommend her for efficient outstanding service! Thank you, Petro for all you have done in the past and I know that we will make use of your services again.

I just want to express our deepest gratitude to your agent, Petro Rossouw, for the excellent and personal service rendered to me on my recent trip to Uganda and Kenya. The fire at JKIA caused cancellations and then deferments of my flights. Petro kept in contact with me all the way the situation - even after hours - expressing concern for my welfare and doing everything possible within her power to get me on the soonest available flight back home. What was traumatic for other travellers was 'restful' for me because of the kindness and personal sacrifices made by Petro. Thank you so very much. I will have no hesitation at all recommending Travel Counsellors - especially Petro - to any person wanting to travel abroad. Grateful, Randolph Barnwell

For the past 10 years Petro has been my personal travel agent, I found her very competent, helpful, patient and understanding. She is always willing to help under all circumstances at anytime. For a couple of years I was a platinum card holder (in other words I did a lot of travelling all over the world) and Petro was of great assistance and a pleasure to work with.
