Dear Travellers,
I am Jaenette Struwig and I welcome you to my Travel Agency located in Paarl. I run my own travel business as a franchisee of Travel Counsellors.
My love and passion for Travel and the Travel Industry started after I found myself working in my 20’s, on a Luxury Cruise liner. That allowed me to travel extensively across the world and it naturally led me to my next role to become a Travel Agent. The fact that I loved customers enabled me to be successful in my role.
I find great satisfaction working together with my clients to make their dreams come true. Being versatile with Leisure customers as well as Corporate customers and assisting diverse clients’ requirements is so important.
My clients know they can trust me, and they know that I have their best interest at heart.
I have more than 19 years’ experience working as a Travel Consultant. During this time, I have grown and evolved with all the changes that have happened in the travel industry. I love exploring new ways to assist my clients by being hands on and a forward thinker.
I have a big love for Art and Architecture and that is why Edinburgh will always be my favorite city outside of South Africa, but our country with its vast variety of people, amazing beaches and huge variety of food and culture is still my favorite country.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. The past year has been very challenging and traumatic for me, not knowing when I would be able to return to NZ.
I think that the most difficult thing was getting someone to help or just give me the right advice. After many calls and emails, I became so despondent and depressed that I gave up.
