Hello, I'm Helen Georghiou. With almost 39 years in the travel industry, I believe exceptional holidays are built on personal experience, expert knowledge and genuine care. Born and raised in South Africa, with Greek and Cypriot heritage, travel has always been woven into my life. My mother was born in Piraeus, Greece, and my father in the picturesque mountain village of Vouni, Cyprus, giving me a deep connection to these beautiful destinations.
Having travelled extensively throughout Cyprus, Greece and many of the Greek Islands, I specialise in designing bespoke itineraries that go beyond the ordinary, whether you're dreaming of a romantic island escape, a cultural journey through ancient Greece or discovering authentic villages in Cyprus. My travels have also taken me to destinations including Mauritius, Morocco, Hong Kong, Belgium and Russia. Standing in Moscow's iconic Red Square remains one of my most unforgettable travel memories. Having visited Mauritius many times, I can guide you to the best regions for the season, including why the west coast is the perfect choice during the island's winter. My years with Sabena World Airlines also saw me travelling regularly to Brussels for advanced training, adding invaluable international experience to my career.
Some of the most treasured travel memories are found around the table. From the incredible flavours of Morocco - so reminiscent of the Mediterranean cuisine of Greece and Cyprus - to enjoying the finest Peking Duck I've ever tasted in Hong Kong, I believe food is one of the greatest ways to experience a destination and its culture.
