With a travel career that began in 1995, I’ve spent the last 29 years turning dream holidays into reality. Debby was an absolute God-send. She found us flights on the date that we wanted when we thought there were none. Debby arranged everything from getting 5 seats together, to our check-in, our stop over stay and helped with last minute extra baggage booking. Dear Debbie, I cannot imagine having done this journey without you. Emigration for anyone is a major upheaval, and doing it during COVID is just more than one can personally handle, except for you. Your expertise in managing the travel arrangements for our emigration was absolutely invaluable. Anytime covid or airlines created some kind of change, and resultant stress, you calmly navigated the process and adjusted our travel arrangements to still enable us to enter managed isolation in the correct time frame, had you not made this happen, we would have been stranded indefinitely due to all the covid ever-changing legislation with migration ministry. I cannot recommend your services enough and will continue to advise anyone who is considering emigration to make sure they have you in their toolbox to ensure they are safely guided with all their travel arrangements. Before a recent flight to Australia, Debby physically travelled to the SAA offices at OR Tambo, the day before our flight to make sure we had the preferred seats that we required. This really set up a wonderful holiday in Oz.
