Anytime covid or airlines created some kind of change, and resultant stress, you calmly navigated the process and adjusted our travel arrangements to still enable us to enter managed isolation in the correct time frame, had you not made this happen, we would have been stranded indefinitely due to all the covid ever-changing legislation with migration ministry.
