Im Melissa, an independent travel franchise owner with Travel Counsellors. I am located in the South Coast of KZN.
I have always had a love for travel and I am always looking for a new adventure, so a career in travel was the obvious choice. It is one where I have been fortunate enough to have been following for 10 years.
Out of all the places that I have been to, my favorite place has to be my very first travel destination, Israel, what an experience ! This is a country so full of history, the most amazing food and fantastic beaches!
The best thing about travel is that you get to experience another countries history, make new friends and experience diverse cultures, its quite a privilege.
What I really love about being a Travel Counsellor, is that I have the flexibility to work hours that suit me and my clients. I don't need to stick to the usual 9 to 5 office hours, if you need assistance outside of the usual working hours, I am available to assist. I also really love the fact that I am able to meet my clients in person when it suits them, so many people don't get the time to attend to personal things during work hours, so I am available to come to your office if need be.
