My Travel councilor was very welcoming and always ready to assist. She was very energetic and lovely; so patient and communicative at all the times. I felt free to ask any question and she always assisted even when I was not happy with the offer and felt shy to question she would made sure that I am covered with all the aspects and I remained happy at the end.
