There are travel agents, and then there is Kim Enslin! I honestly cannot recommend Kim highly enough after the most incredible holiday she organised for us in Mauritius. From our very first interaction, Kim was nothing short of exceptional. Her attention to detail, thoroughness and genuine passion for ensuring that her clients have the best possible experience were evident throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, no question went unanswered, and every little detail was meticulously considered. She made the entire booking experience effortless, leaving us with absolutely nothing to worry about except enjoying our holiday. We stayed at the beautiful Le Victoria Resort in Mauritius, and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were incredibly fortunate to receive a wonderful upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The resort was magnificent, the service outstanding, and we truly had the most amazing time. What really sets Kim apart, however, is her ability to make her clients feel genuinely special. This trip coincided with my birthday, and Kim had thoughtfully arranged little surprises and personal touches that made the occasion even more memorable. These were things I hadn’t asked for or expected, but they demonstrated just how much care she puts into creating an experience rather than simply booking a holiday. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who takes such immense pride in her work. Kim doesn’t just arrange flights and accommodation; she thinks ahead, anticipates your needs and ensures that every aspect of your trip is taken care of. Her professionalism is matched by her warmth and genuine kindness. We returned home with wonderful memories, feeling thoroughly spoilt and incredibly grateful. Kim is an absolute delight to work with! She helped arrange our stay at a beautiful property in Knysna and continued to follow up throughout our stay to make sure all my requests were taken care of.
