My wife and I wanted to go on a honeymoon after our wedding and we were not sure where to begin. After speaking to a few people we landed with fazlin from travel counselor as a recommended travel agent. We provided details of where we would like to go and what kind of experience we wanted to have. Our destination was the Philippines for an island paradise getaway. The process with fazlin was such a pleasure, her attention to detail and her keeping us abreast of all information along the way was phenomenal. She booked all our flights, handled all our hotel bookings and handled our hotel transfers (which is super important) and added some fun activities in our package. She even helped us setup a honeymoon wallet where we could supply a link to family /friends to donate towards our dream holiday as a gift. Our sales and marketing staff are known for last minute urgent trips be they national or international and Fazlin has never let us down yet, picking up the cheapest corporate discounted fares in Economy, Business and First Class. For our company conferences Fazlin has handled every detail from finding venues, meal requests and hotel room bookings to flying in our guests from all over the country. This was my first visit to China and by far the best experience. I departed Johannesburg on Singapore Airlines 24 July 2002 which happened to be my birthday. Well to my surprise on the flight the Air hostess surprised me with a Happy Birthday song and a big chocolate cake and candles. My trip couldn't have started off better.
