I was introduced to Charlene before I had made plans for the study visit trip to Moscow. Charlene was very quick with quotes and she would take time to contact and explain to me what they entailed, which I really appreciated. She kept in contact with me every step of the way and she didn’t let me down. She arranged both my study visit and vacation.
