Hello I am Celeste Meyjes. I’m based in Plettenberg Bay. I’ve been in travel for more than 27 years. The travel industry isn't just about the job, it’s as much of an adventure as the actual journey - I’m still passionate after all these years – volcanic eruptions aside! Sitting in peak hour traffic isn't travel that inspires, so becoming an independent home-based agent with Travel Counsellors is a dream come true. I attend conferences and workshops regularly to keep up-to-date with what’s happening in the industry.

From flying a parrot from Johannesburg to its new home in Cape Town to a posse of businessmen and their wives overseas on a company conference-come-leisure trip in Italy.
