Hello I am Celeste Meyjes. I’m based in Plettenberg Bay. I’ve been in travel for more than 42years. The travel industry isn't just about the job, it’s as much of an adventure as the actual journey - I’m still passionate after all these years – volcanic eruptions aside! Sitting in peak hour traffic isn't travel that inspires, so becoming an independent home-based agent with Travel Counsellors is a dream come true. I attend conferences and workshops regularly to keep up-to-date with what’s happening in the industry.

Travel Counsellors’ vast network of airlines, hotels, car hire, tour and resort operators from Adelaide to Zanzibar enables me to offer both business and leisure travellers a truly holistic service. I arrange all types of cruises, vacation packages and tours; I can coordinate every aspect of your trip incl. domestic & international travel, car rental and excursions, insurance protection, passport & visa applications, inoculation procedures and other foreign travel requirements.

From flying a parrot from Johannesburg to its new home in Cape Town to a posse of businessmen and their wives overseas on a company conference-come-leisure trip in Italy.
