My name is Patricia Howell and I am a Travel Counsellor based in Bedfordview on the East Rand. Although my location is in Gauteng, I can offer any travel related services to my clients whether they are based in South Africa or overseas.
I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years and during this time I have been privileged to travel to many overseas destinations such as America, Britain, Australia, Europe and the Far East. Locally I have travelled to the Kruger Park as well as to numerous private game lodges, Cape Town, Durban and the Garden Route.
As a Travel Counsellor I can offer you tailor-made packages as well as any other travel related product which would include flights, tours, hotels, car hire, travel insurance and cruises. I have access to over 70 000 hotels worldwide with Travel Counsellors Phenix Reservation System, as well as special fares that are offered to the Travel Counsellors Group.
Travel Counsellors is an international travel company founded in 1994 with offices in six countries worldwide. The Travel Counsellors Group is there to help me every step of the way and this allows me to give my full attention to my clients needs. Travel Counsellors is accredited with IATA and is a level 2 B-BBEE contributor.
In the event of any supplier failing to honour their commitment, all Travel Counsellors clients’ monies are protected under the Company's Travel Trust. This protection is provided free of charge to my clients.

I have made use of Patricia Howell's services for a number of years and have always found her service to be excellent. She has arranged our forthcoming trip to Venice via Amsterdam and has ensured that we have every possible bit of information to make our trip flow without any unforeseen incidents. This includes furnishing information on what times and at what cost transportation is available from airport to hotel be it via, air, land or sea. We are overnighting in Amsterdam and Patricia has made every effort to find out if we are able to travel into Amsterdam for our short stay. There is simply nothing that is too much trouble for Patricia. I would highly recommend her service.
