So thought I’ll update this post as its now been exactly 1 year since I joined Travel Counsellors in South Africa after working in Dubai as a Travel Counsellors for 4 years. It's been an amazing year, learning so much about the SA travel market and meeting great new customers, locally and abroad. I love the TC brand as it truly is international as it allows me to serve my customers whether they are in South Africa or abroad with the same dedication and expertise from anywhere.
I still miss Dubai as living there for 7.5 years enriched our lives so much and it will always hold a special place in my heart.
I worked as a Business Analyst for many years in a different industry to travel. I have travelled extensively during this period. Starting a travel business gives me the opportunity to share my passion for travel with my customers. I have travelled to various destinations including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Morocco, Australia, Jordan, Namibia, UAE and of course many destinations within South Africa.

We had an outstanding experience working with Pam Segers for our trip to Thailand.
From the initial planning stages to the end of the journey, Pam was incredibly helpful, organized, and attentive to every detail to suit our needs.
She crafted a fantastic itinerary that included Bangkok, Patong, Phuket, James Bond island and Panyee Muslim island. Each destination was unique and made the trip truly unforgettable. My husband, son and myself did a Mauritius trip and booked it through

Pam is extremely professional. She is almost always available on weekends and outside of office hours. She always checks to see that I am ok and that I have managed to check in without any hassles. Pam is very knowledgeable on all the Covid travel regulations. If I choose to stay at a hotel that I've never stayed at before and if she thinks I am making a mistake, she will let me know. Most professional and helpful travel counsellor yet!!!
I recently travelled to Thailand and Bali and could not have asked for a better vacation. Everything was planned for us, hotels, activities and transfers. The package Pam arranged for us to Bali and Dubai was excellent, the trip was well organised with enough time to explore.
We loved Bali and the people were humble, warm and gracious. The guided tours were very insightful and the guide very knowledgeable , with safe drivers.
