My name is Louret van Jaarsveld and I'm a Travel Counsellor based in Krugersdorp but I can offer my professional travel services from anywhere any time of the day. I grew up in the East Rand.

Before becoming a Travel Counsellor in 2018, I studied Tourism & Marketing and graduated in 2001 at the Graduate Academy of South Africa. My journey in travel started in 2002 where I started as a Travel Consultant. I have 22 years of experience in the Travel Industry and have worked at 5 different agencies over the years. What a wonderful journey this has been, working in these different environments, learning new things and meeting new people and clients daily.

In 2005 I was privileged to be chosen as the consultant in South Africa to take part in an International Exchange program with Australia where I worked in one of their agencies for 2 weeks and then travelled the country afterwards. My passion for travel just grew and I just wanted to learn more and travel the world.

I have travelled to the following countries: Australia, United Kingdom, Dubai, Mauritius (I've been there 4 times and this is my favourite country and I would go back any day), India, Seychelles, Singapore, Thailand, Mozambique & Swaziland. I still have a few more destinations on my bucket list, but my biggest dream is to travel to Vietnam & Cambodia, to see the country on a bicycle, and I would love to do this with my husband.

Being a Travel Counsellor has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have more time to plan and invest in every client's dream holiday and to offer more attention to detail to their holiday.
