Hi there and Welcome to my Leisure Travel web-page!

My name is Debbie Taylor, and I am a Travel Counsellor, based on the East Rand.

I have been in the travel industry for nearly 30 years now and have always been passionate about Customer service.

Because I work from home, I have total flexibility and I can see my clients where they are and according to their schedule which allows me the time to get to know my customers and really understand what they are looking for, whether it is corporate or leisure travel.

I have partnered with a global company, Travel Counsellors, where I have access to amazing airfares, accommodation rates and holiday deals which means that I can tailor the perfect holiday according to my clients' specific needs. This partnership also means that my client's money is always safe through our financial protection plan.

I like to make sure that my clients have a wonderful trip, and I am always available to them 24/7 should something crop up. I enjoy “going on the journey” with my customers and love looking after them from start to end.

I pride myself in being efficient, friendly and always offering the best possible service, with a quick turnaround time.

Travel Counsellors is accredited with IATA, ASATA and is also a level 3 B-BBEE contributor.

Debbie Taylor is a fantastic lady. This has been the second time that we worked with her. She is extremely friendly, efficient, fast and informative. She is also patient ...always, although I have made her wait for days on giving her an answer, she still stayed friendly and professional. She goes out of her way to help and gives options to us for consideration. We are not traveling a lot, but will make use of her servives again when its needed and I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

This is the best service and help that I've ever had in my 35 years of existence. Debbie was available at all times to assist with any changes that I had requested and she completely took over sorting our flight meals and seats with a number of changes from my side. Her service was absolute perfection! Debbie is a breath of fresh air and I will never go through any other travel agent as long as Debbie is in the business. Thank you Debbie!
