Dear Colette, we are in São Paulo waiting to board our flight home to Cape Town, and I wanted to send a quick note to say a HUGE thank you to to all of you for your incredible help, very professional attention to every detail, huge experience and regular update and reminders which were so helpful. As a family we have had the most amazing Argentinian and Chilean adventure! I From the amazing sights, sounds, architecture, history and food of BA on bikes to the vast open space of Patagonia, the huge mountains, open plains, vast ice glaciers, lakes, lagoons, birds and forests. Through all our travels we met and were looked after by the kindest, friendliest people at every step - all the transfer drivers, hotels and the many guides we used were amazing and so kind despite our terrible Spanish…. The holiday included everything we were looking for with lots of fresh air and some good exercise, learning a lot wherever we went and of course the most delicious local foods and specialities and not forgetting amazing local wines! And there is still so much we need to see and do - on a trip in the future!

Hi Colette, thank you so much for all your hard work on the flights to Argentina, Chile, Brazil etc. my word. There is not a chance in hell that I would’ve managed to book all those flights and get it all right. You really did an amazing job. We were also super lucky apparently. People that flew out of B. Aires to Calafate a day after us had their flights cancelled due to a storm and had to wait 14 hours. There was another story that I can’t remember. But our flights pretty much went like clockwork. So well done and thank you.
