Nanette is very efficient and always gets back to you without delay on queries. She goes beyond the call of duty and it is always a pleasure to deal with her. She has arranged long trips for us where we have had 8 or more flights and short trips and every time we have had an excellent experience with no problems at our destination or with our flights.

Nanette was able to get me on a flight out of Mexico City after everyone else told me it was impossible! She even managed to track down my lost luggage which arrived at OR Tambo as I arrived.
