Welcome, my name is Chantel and I am your personal Travel Counsellor.
I live in Allen’s Nek in Johannesburg, however I’m a Capetonian born and bred.
I have over 20 years of experience in the travel industry and I joined Travel Counsellors in 2016, where I have started my own travel franchise. I have gained invaluable knowledge over the years by taking on leadership roles and learning all aspects of the travel industry. This knowledge will benefit you, my client, as I take on the responsibility of ensuring that I not only meet but exceed your expectations. No detail is too small!
I have personally travelled to the United Kingdom, Mauritius, Kuala Lumpur, Las Vegas, Paris, Amsterdam, Bali, Dubai, India, Thailand, Malawi, Uganda, Cancun, Australia, Croatia and throughout beautiful South Africa.
I have experience in travel from family holidays, honeymoons, business travel, group bookings, organised tours, school and sports tours and anything to do with travel. I have learnt that no query in this industry is the same and I love the challenge of putting together an itinerary that I have never done before.
I love being a Travel Counsellor because I can offer my clients the best service by working out of the comfort of my home all the while giving them the full attention that they desire. Chantel is totally and utterly beyond Magical, Magnificent and Amazing! She bends over backwards like a yogi...she attended to me for a last minute urgent flight to see my sick mother in New Zealand - nothing was a problem including working late into the night and over the weekend.
