My wife and I would like to thank Karin for arranging the most incredible holiday in Bali and The Gili Islands. From the initial brief we gave Karin, she understood our requirements and absolutely nailed the brief. During the finalisation stages before our holiday, Karin was in constant contact making sure that we had all the required documentation and understood exactly how our holiday would work. From arranging transfers (we traveled but plane, boat and even horse carts) we were always met at the right location at the right time by very friendly staff. Speaking of which, the 3 hotels that Karin booked for us were truly amazing and the staff were all just wonderful. Karen was absolutely incredible in helping us plan our holiday to Portugal to meet up with our kids. What truly set Karen apart, though, was her support when my wife had a nasty accident in Lisbon, as she stepped in immediately to assist and ensure that we received the necessary support from our travel insurance company.
