Simbavati - Fynbos on Sea
My family and I had the most amazing night stay celebrating my Husband’s birthday.
The sweeping 360-degree views of the mountains, veld, lake, lagoon and sea from the pool area and the Lodge is breathtaking! You feel like you are on top of the world.
The nine-room lodge and self-contained cottage are surrounded by a 600-hectare pristine fynbos reserve where game such as eland, zebra, bushbuck and waterbuck roam.
We were lucky enough to see the Zebra from our room and enjoyed watching them drink at their watering hole whilst having breakfast.
The pool is heated and perfect for doing laps (especially for those who like to exercise on holiday) whilst enjoying the views.
The Lodge includes breakfast & dinner – tasty gourmet delights from a great chef!
The sunrise over the ocean was a highlight and a beautiful way to start the day.
Portia deserves a special mention – she was amazing! So friendly, accommodating and made our stay extra special – Thank you!
