Old Mill Lodge & Working Ostrich Farm

The Old Mill Lodge is situated on a family run working Ostrich farm, and is the perfect, relaxed place for families, extended families, or friends travelling together. They are even pet friendly! Located near the Cango Caves right next to a rushing river, with lush green grounds and hills surrounding the property. They offer a variety of different accommodation types to suit every budget, or guests needs. We stayed in a luxury safari tent, which overlooked the river and the ostrich farm. There was a communal pool a few steps away, as well as a lovely restaurant, kids play area, and small farmyard with guinea pigs, springbok, and mini ponies. All the accommodation types include braai facilities, however, the restaurant serves delicious meals and a yummy breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Old Mill Lodge, Oudtshoorn! Thank you for the great memories!
