Itinerary:

Day 1: Athens (Piraeus), Greece

Athens is a city where ancient history meets modern energy. It’s home to the iconic Acropolis and centuries-old ruins that tell stories of gods and philosophers. But there’s more to this city than just its past – think bustling markets, contemporary art galleries, and a buzzing café culture. Strolling through its streets, you’ll find traditional tavernas alongside stylish boutiques, all wrapped in that unmistakable Athenian charm.

Day 2: Volos, Greece

Tucked along the coast at the foot of Mount Pelion, Volos is a lively port city with a strong local spirit. It’s the kind of place where you can dive into Greek mythology, stroll past archaeological treasures, and still enjoy a relaxed meal by the sea. Don’t miss Ermou Street for a bit of shopping, or one of the many cosy cafés to sip on a local tsipouro. The food here is rich in tradition too, with recipes passed down from the mountain villages nearby.

Day 3: Mykonos, Greece

With its iconic whitewashed buildings, charming windmills, and sparkling beaches, Mykonos captures the classic image of a Greek island escape. It’s a favourite spot for sunseekers, photographers, and partygoers alike. Wander through the narrow streets of Mykonos Town, stop at a waterfront taverna for fresh seafood, or take a boat across to Delos – an ancient island rich with ruins and legends.

Day 4: Santorini, Greece

Santorini is simply unforgettable. Perched on the edge of a volcanic caldera, its clifftop villages offer jaw-dropping views over the deep blue sea. The island’s unique beauty, shaped by volcanic activity, makes it one of the most photographed places in the world. Spend your day exploring the winding lanes of Oia, sipping local wine, or learning about the island’s long-lost connection to the Atlantis legend.

Day 5: Bodrum, Turkey

Bodrum is where ancient history and beach life come together. You’ll find the remains of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus – once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – and the impressive Bodrum Castle, home to the Underwater Archaeology Museum. When you're not diving into the city’s rich past, enjoy the bustling markets, laid-back beaches, and nightlife along Cumhuriyet Street, packed with local eateries and live music.

Day 6: Rhodes, Greece

Rhodes is a blend of medieval grandeur and sun-drenched relaxation. Its Old Town is one of the best-preserved in Europe, with cobbled streets, impressive walls, and the stately Grand Master's Palace. As you explore, you’ll walk in the footsteps of knights and ancient merchants. A short drive away is the charming village of Lindos, where whitewashed homes and an ancient acropolis overlook the turquoise sea.

Day 7: Heraklion (Crete), Greece

Heraklion is the vibrant capital of Crete, known for its rich mix of mythology and Venetian architecture. Take time to explore the massive city walls and lively waterfront before heading to the Palace of Knossos – one of Greece’s most significant archaeological sites. It’s here that the tale of the Minotaur and the Labyrinth comes to life. The city also has a thriving food scene, so it’s the perfect place to try some classic Cretan dishes.

Day 8: Athens (Piraeus), Greece

Journey back to Athens and disembark thinking about all your unforgettable memories.
