I have been itching to travel again for the longest time and because of Covid, this hasn't been possible over the last year, so when Lynne emailed through an incredible deal for an all inclusive trip to Zanzibar, I didn't have to think twice before booking it. Of course travelling during a pandemic can be quite a daunting experience and I expected a few hiccups along the way. However, Lynne took care of us every step of the way, ensuring all the necessary forms were completed and ready before arriving at each airport check . We were able to follow our booking progress through the Travel Counsellors App, where all our documents, tickets and payments were uploaded. The best part was waking up in the morning and peaking at the countdown to our trip, on the App. :) Unfortunately our hotel in Zanzibar had experienced a fire and part of the hotel had burnt down. We were quite devastated and thought for sure that our dream holiday in Zanzibar had come to an end. Lynne worked her amazing travel counsellor magic and got us booked into a new hotel (which I actually think was better ;)) and we were back on track. I could not recommend Lynne enough, not only was she organized and professional, she also made the experience personal, sending us her top tips for our trip and getting us all excited for our first trip in this pandemic. I have already started looking at possible holiday destinations for later this year and I trust that Lynne will have it all covered. :)

It's always a pleasant experience getting in touch with Lynne for any of my travel arrangements. She is friendly, compassionate, professional and very prompt with the service she delivers. I'm in the service industry myself and work as a Stewardess in the Yachting industry so my life is very fast paced and planning a holiday or even trying to get back to SA during COVID has been very strenuous. I never managed to make it back to SA for my best friend's wedding due to circumstances out of my control, but Lynne was very supportive and positive regardless. It's so important to love your job as Lynne does, but she is also empathetic which makes me feel comfortable and secure and happy to always use her in the future as I trust her. Lynne is also very thorough and just recently reminded me that we needed to change my flight details before the ticket expires. Without that reminder I would have forgotten.
