Kirsty goes above and beyond what a normal travel agent offers. She is ALWAYS available (which might be to her detriment) but gives us the traveller huge peace of mind. We aren't the easiest travellers and often have 101 changes and requests which she always comes back with a solution or an alternative.

What can i say! I was given a few names to contact to organize tickets to Australia as my husband and i are immigrating. I remember seeing Kirsty's facebook page. I must tell you it is the BEST EMAIL I HAVE EVER SENT! As you can imagine immigrating is no easy feat and finding the right tickets at the right time for the right price a war zone for us mere mortals. I often look online and suggest flights to her that are suitable for me and she is able to source better ones and spot problems with the ones I had found (connecting flight issues, airport transfers etc) that I often overlooked.
