You’ll then head to Puerto Rico’s lively capital San Juan for an all-day, late-night stay, with the chance to its explore its vibrant colonial buildings, 16th-century landmarks and bayside promenade as well as its bars and nightclubs. St Croix in the US Virgin Islands beckons next, with the Danish colonial buildings of Christiansted National Historic Site and the George Village Botanical Gardens on an old sugar plantation. The Beach Club at Bimini
