Itinerary
Trieste, Italy – Embark 6th July 2026
Let your adventure begin in Trieste, a lively port city that has a flavour all its own, thanks to its Italian, Central European, and Slovenian roots. If you arrive early, it’s worth wandering across the grand Piazza Unità d'Italia or heading up to Miramare Castle for those brilliant sea views. And, before you board, why not treat yourself to a proper Italian coffee at one of the old-school cafés? There’s no better way to start your journey.
Zadar, Croatia – 7th July 2026
Wake up to the cool charm of Zadar, where Roman ruins stand alongside trendy bars and lively squares. You can wander the Old Town’s marble streets, pop into churches from centuries gone by, or just soak up the city’s chilled-out vibe. Don’t miss the Sea Organa set of steps that play music with every wave, and the Sun Salutation, which glimmers with solar-powered lights. You’ll set sail in the afternoon, so take a last look at that pretty coastline before moving on.
Dubrovnik, Croatia – 8th July 2026
It’s easy to see why Dubrovnik is called the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’. Today, you’ll hop ashore (possibly by tender, which is all part of the fun) and stroll inside the famous city walls. Want to stretch your legs? Walk the ramparts for amazing views, or take the cable car up Mount Srđ for a photo you’ll want to show off. There's so much to discover from hidden alleyways and beautiful old squares, to cafés tucked away in the corners, you’ll never want to leave.
At Sea – 9th July 2026
Your first proper day at sea is a chance to take it easy and make the ship your home. You might find yourself starting with breakfast while watching the open water, followed by a swim in the pool or a bit of sunbathing on deck. There are plenty of things to do if you're looking to stay busy. Try a fitness class, listen to a travel talk, or just curl up with a good book. In the evening, you’ve got dinner and some top-notch entertainment waiting for you.
Valletta, Malta – 10th July 2026
Arriving in Valletta is always special, as the ship glides into the Grand Harbour with the golden city rising ahead. Malta’s little capital is packed with history and charm in every corner. You can marvel at Caravaggio’s masterpieces in the cathedral, wander through gardens with sweeping harbour views, or lose yourself in the cobbled side streets. There’s plenty of laid-back café culture, too, if you’re after a coffee and a spot of people-watching.
At Sea – 11th July 2026
As you head towards Italy, why not treat yourself to a day all about you? Book a spa treatment, or get involved in a crafty workshop. If you’d rather slow down, claim a comfy spot by the window and watch the sea slip by or have a chat with fellow travellers. Come sunset, top-deck cocktails are definitely recommended.
Naples, Italy (Tours to Capri or Pompeii) – 12th July 2026
This morning, Naples greets you beneath the gaze of Mount Vesuvius. You’ve got lots of options. Hop on a ferry to the stylish island of Capri, where you can explore boutiques and the Blue Grotto, or take a fascinating step back in time with a tour of Pompeii’s ancient streets. If you’d rather stick around, Naples itself is a joy: lively markets, world-famous pizza, and plenty of grand squares to roam.
Civitavecchia, Italy (Tours to Rome) – Disembark 13th July 2026
Your sea adventure wraps up in Civitavecchia, the doorstep to Rome. As you gather your bags and say goodbye, the Eternal City is just a short journey away. Whether you’re heading back home or spending a bit of extra time exploring Rome’s iconic sights, one thing’s for sure: this is a trip you’ll be talking about for years.
