This was my first trip to Mauritius with my big family . Trip was well planned. Liviana insured that we had all documentation which will be needed when we arrive in Mauritius, arranged shuttle services to the hotel. She recommended the best child friendly resort, when we arrived it exceeded our expectations, my kids who between 16 and 5 all had age appropriate activities to do, also lots of fun activities to do as family. The rooms and room service was amazing as well as the food. The only complaint my family had was that we should have booked 7days instead of 5. This was an amazing and memorable trip. Cannot wait to plan my next trip with Liviana.

I went to Turkey between the 6th and the 13th of December 2022 with my husband and my three teenagers . The booking of flights ,accommodation and tours were excellent, this took less than two months. The hotel in Turkey was beautiful and the staff of Sultania hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our tours were four but we managed to do only two due one was cancelled due to weather and the other was cancelled due to a lot of misunderstanding. Our return transfer to the airport was disappointing, the supplier said they didn’t know us even after our travelling agent has spoken to them so we had to arrange our own transfer with the help of the hotel. Our holiday was extremely great with the exception of the above challenges, I will recommend that people should book the tours when they have arrived in Turkey in order to avoid disappointments. Thank you so much to Liviana for such a beautiful experience of Istanbul!

Dear Liviana I would like to write about our experience with Liviana, as I believe she represents her company well. Firstly I am not a very technological person, and although we possess iphones etc, and have all these latest gadgets at our disposal, normally our kids use them more and know more about them. But the service delivery and the entire app set up was amazing and really made our lives and our stay and travel probably the best experience ever from day one. So simple, yet so effective. Guys if everything was as effective and easy as this, then I will travel more often.
