It’s also why we introduced ‘Make a Difference’ days, giving three days annual paid leave to employees who wish to take part in charity fundraising and activities. On top of this employees can give as they earn using our payroll giving scheme, enabling them to make pre-tax donations to their chosen charity straight from their pay packets.
We care about our people and we want to ensure they are happy as part of Travel Counsellors. So we make sure we give back to them too through rewarding and recognising for a job well done, hosting events throughout the year that include our partners, spouses and children, and providing support to those that need it through a personal counselling service and health & well-being initiatives.
