Customer Blog: New Zealand 2026 - just after the Middle East War broke out.......
I had originally contacted Lucy in January 2026 as a friend had given me Lucy's phone number. Very quickly all of my arrangements for an amazing holiday were confirmed with Lucy; I was delighted. My husband had a conference to attend in New Zealand, and we had decided to try and make a the trip into a holiday too. Then at the end of February the war started, in March Lucy rearranged all of my flights to avoid our original travel via the Middle East. We were very grateful to have her on our side to help... Lucy recently organised a trip to New Zealand for us, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Unfortunately, all of our flights were cancelled due to the conflict in the Middle East, but Lucy handled everything brilliantly under very difficult circumstances.
She quickly sourced us new flights via Los Angeles within just a few days, taking all the stress and pressure away from us.
As we needed to stay overnight in Los Angeles on both legs of the journey, Lucy also arranged excellent hotel accommodation for us there, which made the whole experience so much easier.
In addition, she organised our car hire for the duration of our time in the South Island, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication throughout were outstanding.
We’re incredibly grateful for all her help and can’t recommend her services highly enough.
