Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights, Universal Studios, Singapore

With five haunted houses, live shows and scare zones, Universal Studios’ Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights promises plenty of terrifying twists and turns, this year with a super-eerie Stranger Things-themed haunted house. Hunt down and destroy deranged zombies in the interactive zombie laser tag zone and navigate your way through terrifying interactive vampire-laden secret rooms where fear-inducing surprises are waiting for you around every corner.

Running now until 31st October 2018 at Universal Studios, Singapore

Nightmare in Budapest

Journey into the realm of darkness in this haunted house and allow yourself to be truly terrified. Encounter creatures and lords of the dark as you descend deeper into their world and find your way through a maze of labyrinths and chambers whilst running for your life. On top of this gruesome experience, you can also head to the escape rooms where you have 60 minutes to escape from your own grave.

Scarefest, Alton Towers, UK

The UK’s very own Alton Towers annual Scarefest is back this year and is more terrifying than ever. Enjoy all your favourite rides in the dark and watch the Wicker Man’s flames lighting up the skies. For spine-tingling terror make your way around the spooky mazes, watch ghoulish shows and meet macabre characters.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Disney World, Florida

If you’re wanting a Halloween celebration with less of a fright, head to Disney World, Florida for this Halloween event, where your little ones don their costumes and head out trick-or-treating with their favourite characters, join a celebration hosted by the Sanderson Sisters and enjoy a Happy HalloWishes Firework Show at the happiest haunting on earth.

Amsterdam Dungeon, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

If you’re feeling brave head to Amsterdam Dungeons at the twilight hour and explore torture chambers and the forest of the dead while listening to scary tales of Black John and The Spanish Inquisition with some extra scares to boot. This year is the first year the dungeons will be hosting a Halloween party too, where there will be ‘orrible bites and drinks, a DJ and photobooth all in a spooky setting.

Halloween Fest, Ocean Park, Hong Kong

You’re in for a nasty surprise as you adventure your way through a dilapidated hospital or warp into an interactive hyper-reality where you’ll encounter creepy clowns and carnival freaks on this attraction where the fear and fun never stop. Experience the horror with a VR headset where you can journey deeper and deeper into the diabolical morgue. Cold air will brush against your skin as bloody corpses and spirits suddenly appear to terrify you.
