Welcome to Parklane

When it opens in March 2018, Parklane will be one of the most exclusive hotels in Cyprus. It will boast 274 well-appointed rooms and suites with creature comfort including Wi-Fi, while some will come with their own pools. Parklane will also be home to the 3,000-square metre Kalloni Spa where you’ll be able to unwind with treatments such as massages in 12 treatment rooms and suites, two of which come with soothing Russian banyan saunas. Expect a range of other plush amenities while you’re at Parklane. This includes a nearby beach with a fully equipped water sports station, two tennis courts and a Parkfit gym where you’ll find cutting-edge fitness equipment.

Delicious dining options

With so many exciting amenities, you’re sure to work up an appetite and as luck would have it, the Parklane will have five restaurants. A highlight is the BDL Food & Wine Show, an all-day dining room which will serve succulent carvery lunches and exciting themed dinners. It will have an exhibition bar where you can savour standout wines which have been stored in temperature-controlled cabinets. Another good spot for wine lovers will be Lane’s Grill Room where you can pair vintages from around the world with grilled meats like aged beef while dining amid a scenic beach backdrop.

For unique experiences dine at Islands Fish & Seafood. Here you’ll be able to try Mediterranean-style marine-based dishes while sitting at private dining areas arranged as small islands floating in a pool and surrounded by trees. Sample local delicacies at Dafne Restaurant whose menu will feature Cypriot favourites like skewered meats and meze dishes prepared in barbeque pits and roaring wood-burning ovens. Hop across to the other side of the Mediterranean at all-day dining eatery Il Teatro, where Southern Italian treats like gelato, pizza and local wines will be available.

Enjoy Parklane’s bars

Parklane will also be home to two bars, each providing very different experiences. If you’re looking to chill then 3B Eats & Drinks should be your bar of choice. Situated on the edge of Parklane’s seawater pool, the laidback 3B Eats & Drinks will serve a range of treats such as iced draught beers, chilled long drinks and creative cocktails which you can sip in the shade. Alternatively, while away your days in the elegant ambience of The Gallery Lounge Bar where you’ll be able to take a signature afternoon tea and sample the delights of private sushi and shisha bars as melodic piano music plays.

Tastes of Limassol

When staying at Parklane, you’ll also have the chance to delve into Limassol’s intriguing culinary scene. Experience a romantic night out in the La Maison Fleurie French bistro, a place where you can dine on expertly-presented seafood dishes including oysters on an idyllic terrace. Head off the beaten track by stopping at LocoMondo Café, where you can enjoy rich coffees over a game of chess. Other standout eateries include the Meze Taverna with its fresh seasonal delicacies, the popular Al Borgo Pizzeria and the Vinarte Wine Bar where you can sip tantalising vintages from around the globe.

Savour Cypriot experiences

Travel further afield and find an array of breathtaking culinary experiences across Cyprus by trying local delicacies. The island’s most iconic dish is ‘halloumi’, a mildly salty cheese which is often fried or grilled in order to add new dimensions to dishes. A popular dish here is ‘koupepia’, where vine leaves are stuffed with minced meat, rice, onions, tomatoes and a mixture of herbs, and you’ll find it across the island. Some of the other delicious local dishes you can order at eateries throughout Cyprus include deep fried ‘loukoumades’ dough balls and the traditional ‘sheftalia’ sausage parcels.

During your culinary tour of Cyprus, stop by some of the Island’s legendary attractions. Limassol is a dream destination for intrepid travellers with captivating sites like the Medieval Kolossi Castle and the ancient Amathus ruins, as well as golden sandy beaches. There’s so much to see around Cyprus at large, as the island features many one-of-a-kind itinerary highlights like the pebbly Petra tou Romiou made famous in Greek mythology, 4th century necropolis the Tomb of Kings and the secluded Kykkos Monastery. So stay at the Parklane and you can experience a unique getaway!
