East meets West in Dubai and whether you are looking for a quick stopover on your way to Europe, America and Australasia, or a holiday on its own, Dubai fits the bill.

Who would have thought that a shopping mall is one of the best tourist attractions in a city? You must experience Mall of the Emirates. Nowhere else will you find 5 ski runs, ski school, penguin encounters or the snow bullet in a shopping mall. The Dubai Mall has 1200 stores a giant aquarium and under-water zoo, an indoor theme park, Olympic-sized ice rink and a genuine dinosaur skeleton. With all this happening in a shopping mall the whole family will love it.

Spend the day at the Wild Wadi Water Park, everyone becomes a child in a water park and it is fun. The Dubai Fountain is the world’s tallest performing fountain. There is a daily a dance show of water reaching up to 140 metres high, accompanied by syncing lights and music.

The race is constant to have the world’s tallest building and it is currently the Burj Khalifa and you can experience the spectacular view from the observation deck overlooking the city.

Jumeirah Mosque is the only mosque open to non-Muslims and is worth a visit.

A desert experience includes camel riding, dune bashing, sand boarding and ends with a meal under the stars.

If architecture is your thing you are going to love the fantastic structures where they take the modern and functional and turn it into a thing of beauty.

There are hotels to suit all budgets, you do need a visa for Dubai but if flying with Emirates it can be done online. With its traditional souks, art galleries, shopping and superb restaurants, Dubai has something for all so contact me to let me arrange your experience in Dubai.
