Travel Counsellors

My name is Hannah de Lange and I've been working in the travel industry for 42 years, building up all the prerequisite skills, expertise and qualifications necessary to handle the most demanding of travel accounts.

I work for myself as a Travel Counsellor, building my own business from home, while supported by an amazing team of travel experts at our Cape Town office. I create personalised travel plans for my clients, saving them time and money but also adding value taking the time to get everything just right.

Offering a concierge travel service which is available 24/7, I'm fully mobile and so able to meet my clients in comfort of their home or workplace. While my clients are travelling, they're never truly alone - I keep in touch with them regularly, reconfirming their flights and checking them in online. It's all about removing the hassle and stress wherever I possibly can.

A Travel Counsellor gives you a single point of contact for all aspects of travel, whether business or leisure. Everything from conferencing and groups to honeymoons and special occasions. Foreign exchange and visas, to insurance and car hire. I assist clients with visas, complete visa forms for them if they are unable to do it themselves. A huge bonus for my clients is that every single element of every single booking is 100% protected against any supplier failures. No matter what happens, your money is always safe.

Travel Counsellors is an international company with offices in seven countries and over 1400 franchised Travel Counsellors worldwide. The company is fully bonded with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), ASATA and has a Level 2 BEE rating.

Whatever your travel requirements might be, as your Travel Counsellor, I can help.

Hannah's Travel Tip: Clients traveling with children under the age of 18 need an unabridged birth certificate to travel with their parents. If it is one parent or a guardian, a court order/death certificate/affidavit is required from the other parent.
