Kaokoland

I just returned from the most incredible trip to Kaokoland (the most north western part of Namibia), which I’d like to share with you.

It is a very remote part of the world, and I arrange this trip for myself through one of my suppliers that are an adventure company.

On this trip we had the pleasure of having Dirk and Altie, they are both well-known TV producers from the program Vrydag 4 Uur, with us on the trip. They filmed the entire trip, including some amazing drone footage which will be screened on TV later in the year.

We entered Namibia at Buitepos, and headed up towards Etosha, this was to be our first big stop. Namibia has the most incredible big sky... that you can see forever!

Etosha has a very unique landscape. It is a large salt pan, that stretches approximately 5000 Km2 and this forms the heart of this park. The scenery is very dramatic.

There is an abundant wildlife at the Etosha National Park and this makes a great place to see the animals in their natural habitat.

If you would like to know now about this trip please get in touch.
