Baie dankie vir die wonderlike diens wat ek en my broer onlangs van jou ontvang het toe jy vir ons ‘n reis op die MSC MELODY bespreek het. Alles het so seepglad verloop – tot die rolstoel wat benodig was om vir hom op en van die boot af te bring. Ons het die perfekte kajuit op die perfekte plek gehad – en het alles mooi verstaan. Ek waardeer werklik wat jy vir ons gedoen het. Al wat ek gedoen het in al die reëlings, was net om my muisie te kliek.
Mag jy vir baie mense dwarsoor ons land nog tot groot hulp wees – ek sal graag, indien so ‘n geleentheid voordoen, weer van jou dienste gebruik maak.

I have just put our passports into the lovely holder that you gave to me this morning - so all is there and I am now really looking forward to Sunday when our trip starts and I will think of you when I see the girls on Monday. Again you have brought us together and this time even our father will be there - What a reunion!!

I recently required a last minute visa for a trip overseas. They went beyond the normal service expected, providing transport to and from the airport.
