Thank you for visiting my webpage.

My name is Nicci Hayden, I am a Travel Counsellor based in the wonderful suburb of Durbanville in Cape Town. I grew up in Johannesburg, but moved here with my family in 1998. It was definitely the right move as the lifestyle in Cape Town is just indescribable. I recently got married and my husband and I have settled down in our very own home.

Before embarking on the adventure of becoming a Travel Counsellor, I worked in retail for 5 years. What an unforgettable experience, it taught me so many things about people (clients and staff), the world and most importantly about myself. Through the challenge of being the manager of my own travel store I discovered that my true passion is dealing with you, my client. Nothing gives me more pleasure than getting to know you; discussing and planning the perfect holiday and afterwards hearing about how your dream or business trip went. The whole process is extremely fulfilling and rewarding.

During my 5 years I took over 2 different stores, turned them around and in the process I was awarded with the titles of Top Producer, High Achiever and 1 Million Dollar Elite Consultant. I managed to travel to many parts of the world, including: Zanzibar, Mauritius, Thailand (Phuket, Bangkok and Chiang Mai), London, New York, Orlando (Disney World), The Bahamas and Las Vegas. Every destination was special, but Thailand stands out amongst the rest, it offers everything: adventure, relaxation, culture, history, I could go on but we would be here for some time.

The reason I chose the Travel Counsellors brand, is that I now get to focus 100% on YOU, YOUR dreams will become a reality and I will be the conduit. Service is my pride and passion. What sets me apart now, is I have the support to be available to you 24 hours a day.
