I have been dealing with Lynde for a few years now and her service has always been superb, but she completely outdid herself when she organised my trip to Russia! She arranged absolutely everything from visas, travel vouchers, hotel bookings in places that you've never heard of (& where they don't speak or read English), and air tickets. All I had to do was to get on the plane!

We recently travelled to Phuket and Lynde did our travel arrangements for the five of us. While we were having a blissful time abroad, the guy at the airport who checked us in, messed up and cancelled two of our seats for the flight home!
