My name is Karen McDonald and I thank you for taking the time to visit my personal webpage. I am based in the Randburg area but have clients far and wide and I am not bound to this area.
I have been in the travel industry for 5 years, working for one of the biggest travel agencies in their retail department. Prior to that, I lived in the United Kingdom for 8 years, where I was very privileged to have travelled to many destinations. I have truly had some wonderful adventures and I have experienced some weird and wonderful things, that I would love to share with you and yes, I have not travelled everywhere but the great thing about Travel Counsellors is that I have access to over 1200 colleagues worldwide who can share their experiences and give recommendations to me which I can pass onto you.
Travel is not just a job for me, but it is a passion and a lifestyle. It is about opening the world to people and making their dreams come true. I want to delight and exceed my clients expectations. It has always been my mission to offer my clients a personalised service, however this was not always possible in the retail sector as I was bound to traditional office hours and did not have systems available when needed.
Travel Counsellors has changed this and given me the wonderful opportunity of running my own travel business where I can be available to all my clients 24/7.
