I would like to report EXCELLENT service by Jeanne Thirion who assisted my mother Lynne Webster with her travel arrangements from Kimberley to Edinburgh (via OR Tambo and Heathrow). While Jeanne could not control the delayed flight in Kimberley and the subsequent rush for my mom to get her connection at OR Tambo, she was in contact with myself and my sister (in Scotland) until late last night.
