For the past 13 years I have channelled my passion for travel through to my clients via the retail travel agency which my parents were instrumental in starting in 1982. As the vast majority of my clientele has been leisure travel orientated, I have enjoyed innumerable opportunities to plan all aspects of holiday requirements for a large number of travellers, all with different priorities – from the cultural experiences of the backpacker in the most obscure areas of the world, to the sophisticated pampering on the most exclusive cruise liners, the challenges of finding the most cost-effective airfare combinations, the necessity to equip South African passengers with the relevant visas, providing informed advice on appropriate travel insurance, health requirements and foreign exchange.

I am extremely fortunate to have travelled extensively, which has enabled me to share first hand advice and experiences. Countries I have visited include the U.K., the USA, Australia, South of France, Austria, Indonesia, Singapore, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Zimbabwe.

I have participated in travel agents’ educational visits to Mauritius, Dubai and Zanzibar.

I live in Plettenberg Bay – the jewel in South Africa’s crown!! – Pristine beaches, glorious unpolluted air – not a factory chimney in sight!
